Arbitration
A formal, private decision-making process used when families are unable to reach an agreement through mediation. As a qualified arbitrator, I review the evidence and make a legally binding decision to resolve your dispute, whether as a standalone service or as the final step in a Med-Arb process to ensure a clear resolution.

Family Law Support Provider (FLSP) Services
Family Law Support Provider FLSP services offer legal information and procedural guidance to help individuals navigate family law matters, organize documents, and prepare for court.
FLSP services are designed to complement mediation and decision-support services for individuals who require additional guidance with court processes, documentation, and next-step planning.
These services are offered in accordance with the authorized scope of a Family Law Support Provider and are provided under a separate retainer agreement, distinct from mediation and coaching services.
